You will be encouraged and take responsibility for actions carried out with an impact on the client.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our HUB Tax team, you will ensure the correctness of the human resources management process of the assigned clients, as part of the TAX Service Line, as follows:Collect and centralize all HR admin support information Prepare and draft/generate template documents existing in the software (DP Payroll) for personnel administration: individual employment contracts, addenda, decisions to suspend or terminate the activity, various types of certificates requested by employees, certificates and documents prepared at the termination of the individual employment contract, specific monitoring reports on the client, specific reports on uploading data on EY portals, specific reports for statistics/Health House/other institutions, etcFill in and send the REVISAL/REGES employee savings register to ITMMonitor legislative changes and analyze/implement their impact on the personnel administration activityPrepare working documents and other documents such as: addresses, notifications, letters of commitment, etcSkills And Attributes For SuccessKnowledge of English at intermediate or higher levelConfidence in using the PC (minimum office package - Word, Excel)To qualify for the role, ideally, you’ll also have A University or master's degree with a specialization in economics or psychology.A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the local field of human resources/payroll (within a service outsourcing organization is a plus)Basic knowledge of local legislation regarding human resources/payrollKnowledge of REVISAL/REGES/human resources and payroll softwareWhat We Are Looking ForMore than anything, we are interested in people with the right attitude for the workplace and who want to develop and evolve professionally.
