Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordination, onboarding). Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation. Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance Handle performance reviews, confirmations, and exit processes. Support employee engagement activities and team communication. Oversee office and warehouse admin — supplies, housekeeping, repairs, and maintenance. Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and vendor payments. Coordinate logistics for machines, transport, and service teams. Handle visitor management, courier, and travel bookings.
