Job Description

In this role, you will:Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing trusted HR guidance in a dynamic, international environment.Manage HR operations, including employment contracts, updates, accurate document handling, and maintaining high-quality HR data.Take full ownership of the monthly German payroll process, working closely with the external tax advisor and overseeing automated travel and expense workflows.Support office administration, including hardware, service providers, vendor reviews, and related internal workflows.Ensure smooth operational processes across HR and administration such as performance reviews with a reliable, hands-on approach.Grow by driving automation and taking on new challenges beyond HR and across countries.We would like you to have:Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in HR, including practical experience in payroll management.Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Ability to work independently in a diverse work environment with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.Languages: Fluent German and English are required; Chinese is a plus.Why Momenta:High growth stage company.Partnerships with Mercedes-Benz, GM, Toyota, SAIC, etc.Competitive package depending on experienceAbout UsWe are committed to developing breakthrough AI solutions to push beyond the frontier of possibilities today and significantly improve people's quality of life.We leverage our AI capabilities to develop autonomous driving solutions to enhance driving safety, convenience, and efficiency.Through our autonomous driving technology and solutions, we aspire, in the next ten years, to save one million lives, save 100% driving time, and double the logistics and mobility efficiency.
