Implement and manage a robust performance review system, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Develop and execute a seamless onboarding program to integrate new hires effectively.Administer payroll in coordination with finance, manage employee benefits programs, and conduct market research to ensure compensation packages remain competitive.Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Monitor and maintain office, pantry, and first aid supplies, furniture, and office equipment.Monitor and maintain service vehicle records, including vehicle log sheets and PMS.Handle employees daily time sheets.Responsible for application and renewal of government permits and licenses: DTI, Business Permit, BOC.Responsible for application and renewal of memberships with agencies or offices related to the nature of the business.Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.Handle employees travel schedules and booking of tickets and hotels.Coordinate with IT for preparation of company emails for new employees.Check admin-related billings such as back-office charges, utilities, rental fees, and office maintenance costs.Perform liaison tasks as needed.Attend to random instructions from the President.Responsible for manpower requisitions manually or through the system.Create job descriptions and qualifications for required positions and forward them to the recruitment team.Coordinate and follow up with the recruitment team regarding manpower requests.Assist with annual filing of BIR documents, particularly BIR Form 2316 or ITR.Assist the team with concerns related to SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR.Assist in the resignation process, including clearance and possible deductions for quit claims.Assist the HR Department with government-related transactions.Ensure all items and documents are ready upon arrival of new employees.Job Description Hr & Admin ManagerCoordinate with IT regarding installation of necessary applications, landline issues, intermittent internet connection, and inaccessible systems or files.Coordinate with IT regarding application and termination of mobile plans.Coordinate with IT for replacement of laptops, mobile devices, and hardware.Perform liaison tasks as needed.Process visas in coordination with the legal team.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a masters degree or HR certification is an advantage).Minimum of 57 years of progressive experience
