ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition - Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of talents. Support the BU Director in building and managing the local core team.Talent Development & Performance Management - Support employee development through training programs and career development plans. Conduct competency assessments, performance reviews, and development planning. Assist departments in implementing performance management frameworks.Employee Relations - Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace issues. Maintain a positive and productive working environment.HR Policy & Compliance - Implement HR policies and processes in accordance with corporate guidelines and local labor laws. Localize HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations.Compensation & Benefits - Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures. Support payroll processes and ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.Administrative Management - Oversee administrative operations including office management, company assets, facilities, vendor management, and corporate events. Ensure efficient and effective administrative support across the organization. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 10 years of working experience in Malaysia, preferably in manufacturing or factory operations.At least 5 years of experience leading HR & Admin teams.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to support communication with headquarters.Our Commitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are an equal‑opportunity employer.
