With professionalism and dedication, we can support you in different HR processes to ensure your business growth.Role PurposeAs Team Leader HR Administration/Shared Services, you will lead the execution of HR Administration and Shared Services plans to deliver best-in-class HR services, products, and systems. Your role ensures alignment with current and future business needs, HR strategy, and service quality standards while managing cost budgets effectively.Key TasksDefine and implement plans, including metrics and budgets, in line with HR Administration/Shared Services strategy.Monitor service delivery standards and take corrective actions where necessary.Gather and analyze feedback from HR partners and employees to anticipate future HR needs.Drive improvements by generating ideas for new HR services and optimizing existing processes.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless HR operations.Lead and develop a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree and HR certification.Experience in HR Administration or Shared Services, including leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead a team, set goals, and deliver operational results.Detail oriented, advanced Excel skillsFluent in French, advanced English.Ready to take the next step in your HR career?Apply now and become part of our global team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth.
