Shape our new HR Back Office in Lisbon!Our Lisbon office has just opened on September 1st, and we are building our teams from scratch. Our Administrative Back Office Manager has just joined and is recruiting two HR Back Office Administrators to support her in creating the HR function locally.🤓 The teamYou will join a team of 7 people : the manager, 2 HR administrative officers, 2 Finance administrative officers and 2 Procurement administrative officers.In 2026 team will grow to 9 people.👨🔧 Your ResponsibilitiesHR administration: managing contracts, amendments, and mandatory documents; handling administrative tasks such as absences, sick leaves, and other employee records.Recruitment support: helping with the recruitment process (job offers, contracts, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up).Operational HR support: ensuring accurate data and compliance in HR systems, monitoring absences, and updating employee files.Communication: being a point of contact for employees and managers, answering HR-related questions, and supporting HR Business Partners in Switzerland.Reporting & analytics: preparing reports, monitoring HR data, and providing dashboards for management.Process improvement: contributing to HR projects, transversal initiatives, and continuous improvement.🎁 What We OfferThe unique chance to build a brand-new HR support function from day one.Direct involvement in both operational tasks and projects with international exposure.A supportive manager who is creating her team with you at the heart of it.Real opportunities to learn, grow, and progress within HR.🧙♂️ Your core competenciesTeam playerDetail-orientedBackground in administration or HRStrong internal client orientationInterest in digital tools, knowledge of MS OfficeProficient in French, Portuguese and English💥 BenefitsCollaboration with international teams based in Geneva, Lausanne, Singapore and IndiaOpportunities for professional development within Azqore and the Crédit Agricole GroupOngoing trainingAnnual gross Salary : Paid in 14 months (12 months + vacations allowance + Christmas allowance)Vacation : 25 daysHealth insuranceMeal allowance : Meal card Pluxee (11,60€ per working day)Annual discretionary variable bonusHome-office : up to 2 days per week🎯 About the recruitment process?As HR consultant I will contact you for an initial discussion.If we decide (you & me) to go ahead with the process, you'll have a meeting with the manager.Taking the next step in the process?
