The RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and can work under pressure, identifying and escalating issues appropriately. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working toward a shared goal but can also work on own initiative when required. Your role as an HR Administrator will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. Our culture is what makes us different to our competitors therefore helping create and encourage a positive culture and working environment for all employees is at the forefront of the HR team.Your profileExperienceHR degree or similar with minimum 1 years' experience in a HR role Data Administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills – written and oral Experience in meeting deadlines, excellent time management and attention to detail Person SpecificationMust be able to work independently and part of a team with a strong time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and identify and escalate issues appropriately Must have excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
