Job Description

The team and the roleBe part of a high performing results oriented growing HR Admin team consisting of 4 members with a broad range of experience.The role will be based in Kraków and the successful candidate will work on a hybrid model. Minimum 3 times a week in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). You can expect to gain experience in the following areas / your core duties will be:Managing administration of employee cycle processes (from hire to retire)Managing shared HR inbox within the team – regular checking of the mails in the HR inbox on outlookOnboarding process from scratch - (contract preparation, HR onboarding presentation, contact with employees before onboarding, gathering onboarding documents, adding data collected from documents into internal systems, calculating vacation days, etc).HR system maintenance (Workday)Employee files maintenanceSupporting benefits administration: Benefits , Health insurance, Life insurance, Social Fund, pension administration and the invoicesEmployees' working time and absences maintenanceCooperating with payroll department in relation to changes in compensation and paymentsAssisting with special projects as neededAssisting with all personnel file’s preparation (annexes, bank certificates, contract amendments, ZUS, other employee requests, etc)Reporting and data analysisKeeping track of sick leaves (also issuing medical checks)Maternity/paternity/disabilities issuesKeeping HR trackers up to date – great team workPre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience:Strong Attention to detail is a mustOutstanding team work skills2 years experience in HR/Finance/Payroll is desiredVery good knowledge of MS Office - especially in Excel, Outlook, TeamsBachelor degree minimumDecision making skillsSolving issue skillsProactive and positive approachWilling to learnVery good command of English B2 minimumExperience with Workday would be an assetKnowledge of the onboarding process from scratch will be an assetBenefits:Attractive compensation package including extensive set of benefits such as Premium Health Insurance, Multisport Card, My Benefit – Cafeteria System, Life InsuranceProfessional environment with great development opportunitiesTraining and development in a wide variety of areas to ensure staff are constantly developing and progressing their skillsTuition policy with study leave and generous payment of all related feesEnjoy a start-up like environment on the back of a well-established and profitable company
