Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Key Accountabilities Manage HRIS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs Collaborate with business units to identify recruitment needs and work with talent acquisition team for hiring Design and deliver orientation and onboarding programs; oversee probation review processes Partner with the business to support talent development initiatives and performance management cycles Provide expert counsel to managers and employees on employee relations, mitigating risks and ensuring effective resolution Drive internal communication and engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture Support execution of APAC/global HR projects as assignedEducation Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.Technical Competence & Skills:Proficient in MS Office suite and HR technologiesSelf-motivated with strong proactive results orientationExcellent planning, prioritization, and time management abilitiesHighly adaptable with quick learning agilityMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracySolid understanding of local labor laws and HR complianceRelevant Experience:3-5 years of relevant HR experience; 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner role preferredSpecialized expertise in 1-2 HR functional areas (e.g. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition,) is a plusOthers (% of travel, language, etc.): Good oral and written English communication skills required.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
