Ensure that the payroll process is accurate, compliant with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal regulations, guaranteeing the correct payment of all employee benefits.Responsibilities:Reviewed plant personnel pre-payrolls and managed incident reporting.Coordinated shift changes with supervisors and ensured accurate data entry in Tress.Supported employee inquiries regarding payments, absences, overtime, and benefits.Processed hires, terminations, and salary changes in Workday and Tress systems.Generated and uploaded employee movement files (.txt) to IDSE, ensuring IMSS compliance.Managed weekly payroll-related requests (incidents, benefits, deductions, loans, INFONAVIT/FONACOT).Prepared reports for Finance, EHR, Headcount, absenteeism, and cafeteria vendor payments.Handled meal vouchers, recognition forms, badges, and documentation for INFONAVIT procedures.Oversaw waste classification, chemical safety, and medical leave tracking.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Business Administration, or a related field (Human Resources or similar).Knowledge of payroll, LFT, SUA, IDSE, TRESS System.2-3 Years of experience in similar positions.Proficient in Excel and database management.Skilled in data uploads and employee movement tracking.Experience in purchase order generation.Strong background in pre-payroll review, reporting, and database administration.Knowledgeable in payroll calculations and compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).Understanding of IMSS regulations to prevent penalties and ensure compliance.Upper-intermediate English level required.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
