At Levi Strauss & Co, we’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor to partner with our Retail & Wholesale teams across Australia and New Zealand.You’ll play a key role in driving people initiatives, supporting leaders, and delivering HR services that empower our teams to thrive. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you’ll balance hands-on operational support with meaningful HR projects, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a people-first approach.What You’ll Be DoingPartner with leaders across Retail & Wholesale to provide generalist HR advice and supportDrive recruitment and onboarding processes that attract, engage, and retain talent aligned to Levi’s® valuesManage annual performance and succession planning to build a culture of high performanceProvide advice on employee relations and Award interpretation, ensuring compliance and fair processesSupport workplace injury management, WorkCover, and leave processesDeliver and embed global HR initiatives into the ANZ businessOversee HR data integrity and partner with Payroll to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processesLead HR projects, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesGuide and mentor the HR Administrator to ensure seamless HR operationsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-site retail or wholesale environmentStrong knowledge of employment law, Awards/Agreements (particularly the Retail Award), and HR complianceProficiency with HRIS (Workday experience highly regarded)Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA collaborative style with the confidence to advise and coach leaders at all levelsWhy join us?At Levi’s®, We’re More Than Just Denim – We’re a Brand That Champions Originality, Innovation, And Inclusivity.
