People Services team, part of this unit, is now looking for a new temporary HR Advisor to join the team.We are looking for an independent HR professional with an expertise in managing HR compliance and HR processes, while effectively developing and nurturing good stakeholder relationships.ResponsibilitiesMaintain HR Systems & Data: Ensure HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow HR Portal, SAP Successfactor) are up to date, running smoothly, and maintain a high level of data qualityContent Management & Communication: Translate, update, and publish HR content (e.g., policies, guidelines) and internal communications for employees and managersStakeholder & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams, Digital Technology (DT), Global Operations, and Centers of Expertise to deliver services efficientlyEmployee Support & Data Management: Respond to employee and manager inquiries, manage individual and bulk employee data updates, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling.Reporting, Analytics & Inclusion: Prepare, publish, and visualize HR reports using tools like Power BI; support ad-hoc and regular reporting, and drive data analytics to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiativesSupport Global Mobility: Assist the Global Mobility team by managing international assignment data and supporting expatriates with practical and policy-related mattersDrive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and harmonize HR processes, improve service delivery, and contribute to operational excellenceProfileDegree-level education with minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, depending on seniorityProven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex dataHands-on experience with HR analytics tools; solid skills in HR reporting and data-driven decision-makingExperience in optimizing and harmonizing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HR Service Delivery module is a plus); experience with ServiceNow or SharePoint is an advantageFamiliarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and employment legislationFluent in English and Finnish; additional proficiency in German, Swedish, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plusWilling to cover Maternity leaveLocation: Espoo, FinlandWe OfferDiverse and interesting challenges in a dynamic and international environmentLocal benefits such as personnel fund and extensive healthcare services Contact detailsJuliana FilippelliTeam Manager People Servicesjuliana.filippelli@yara.comAgne Baniene HR Advisor People Resourcingagne.beniene@yara.comPlease send your CV by clicking the button “Apply now”.
