As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data driven decision making when it comes to people.The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and HR practices.Your TasksAnalyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the businessCollaborating with HR and business stakeholders to identify high-impact questions and deliver data-driven solutionsDesigning and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using TableauApplying analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processesEnsuring data quality, consistency and integrity across HR systems and reporting platformsSupporting additional HR analytics initiatives and contributing to projects aligned with evolving business needsYour BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in HR AnalyticsProficiency in Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization and storytellingSolid understanding of HR data, processes and practicesStrong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression and predictive modelingProgramming skills in Python or SQL is beneficialExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insightsOur OfferWe take care of your personal wellbeing, career development, and we actively support your educational needsDiscover and enjoy the benefits of Erste GroupThe minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year.
