Position: HR and EHS ManagerWorking Place: Phu My, HCMCReport to: General DirectorKey responsibilities: Oversee all operations of the HR, Administration, and Safety departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.Develop and execute HR strategies (short-term and long-term) in line with the company’s business direction, covering recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits.Ensure all HR policies, systems, and processes comply with labor laws, social insurance, and government regulations.Lead and develop the HR & Safety teams: assign responsibilities, monitor KPIs, conduct training, and promote a positive corporate culture.Manage and implement workplace safety, fire prevention, and environmental safety programs across all facilities.Evaluate safety risks, investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions according to legal requirements.Act as a key liaison between management and departments on HR and safety matters; prepare regular reports, propose budgets, and support long-term sustainable growth initiatives.Manage department budgets, optimize manpower utilization and operational costs.Oversee payroll, insurance, personal income tax, and employee benefits; ensure accurate timekeeping, salary calculation, and monthly HR cost reporting.Develop and update company regulations, collective labor agreements, and handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, disputes, and grievances.Represent the company in dealings with government agencies such as the Department of Labor, Social Insurance Office, Labor Union, and other relevant authorities.RequirementsEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields.Master’s degree in HR Management or MBA is preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Occupational Safety & Fire Protection (HSE), foreign labor regulations, and other related legal frameworks.Strong understanding of modern HRM systems, HR analytics, and digital transformation trends in Human Resources.Work ExperienceMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (HR Manager/HR Director) within manufacturing, engineering, or multinational environments.Proven track record in developing HR strategies, designing compensation & benefits systems, establishing organizational structures, and driving corporate culture initiatives.Experienced in labor relations, occupational health & safety (HSE), fire prevention (PCCC), ISO compliance, and organizational restructuring projects.Benefits:SHUI: full based on salary13th month salaryMonthly AllowanceLunch providedFull salary during probation
