This role will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, overseeing a wide range of human resources functions while providing direct administrative support to the CEO.The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to balance multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.Maintain employee records, HR databases, and organizational charts to ensure compliance and data accuracy.Support payroll and benefits coordination in partnership with the finance team.Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations—addressing concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive company culture.Coordinate performance review cycles, attendance tracking, and leave management.Partner with management to organize employee communications, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling confidential correspondence.Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings.Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely responses and follow-up on key deliverables.Assist with the coordination and execution of executive projects and company-wide initiatives.Ensure day-to-day operations of the executive office are efficient, organized, and aligned with company priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).5–7 years of experience in a combined HR and Executive Assistant role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.Solid understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment compliance.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.Key AttributesProactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, and adaptability.Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Capable of working independently while supporting senior leadership.
