Role: HR and Recruitment CoordinatorSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOELocation: RemoteWhilst this role is a Monday – Friday role, due to the global nature of the business, some flexibility to working hours from time to time may be required.HR & Recruitment Opportunity – Private Family OfficeMy client, a private family office, is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment professional to provide comprehensive support across all HR and Recruitment administration.This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces change, and is comfortable operating without rigid structures. You’ll be resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a business with high standards who recognise and reward hard work and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentEnter new candidates into the system; upload CVs and prepare interview questionsCoordinate high-volume interview schedulesAssist with recruitment reportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate notesOnboardingConduct background and reference checksPrepare offer letters and related documentsShare HR policies with new startersManage onboarding and offboarding checklistsCompensation & BenefitsTrack benefits utilisationSupport medical insurance data administrationEmployee RelationsAssist with tracking and administering ER casesGeneral HR AdministrationMaintain accurate organisational chartsRun monthly checks for starters and leaversKeep all employee records updated (role changes, data updates, etc.)Support ad-hoc HR projects as neededKey requirements: Degree of Equivalent level qualificationStrong emotional intelligenceAble to work with Utmost discretionSelf-motivatedRobust, adaptable, able to work to very time sensitive deadlinesStrong administration skills – including the full Microsoft packageExperience in producing and interpreting HR data reportsCIPD advantageous but not essentialThis is a newly created position, and the ideal candidate will be adaptable as the role evolves.
