Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Lead the full recruitment cycle for all departments, especially sales and operations.Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the offer and onboarding process.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Human Resources Management:Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines in line with UAE labor law.Oversee employee relations, attendance, and performance management systems.Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.Ensure timely updates and accuracy of HR records and documentation.Employee Engagement & Culture:Foster a healthy, supportive, and motivating work environment aligned with Primo Capital’s values.Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.Work closely with department heads to support employee development and satisfaction.Performance & Development:Implement performance reviews and KPIs to monitor employee growth and productivity.Identify training and development needs to enhance skills and performance.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.HR Administration & Compliance:Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR documentation.Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.Collaborate with management on organizational structure and manpower planning.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in real estate or sales-driven industries.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
