DepartmentTA_CasinoEmployee TypeProbationaryJob ResponsibilitiesManaging onboarding process.Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.Use various sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipeline and own network.Conduct preliminary screening and interview to find the right talent.Ensure proper onboarding of new hires and accomplish necessary paper works accurately.Being firm in implementation of policies as basis for decision making.Maintains relationship building with the hiring departments, candidates, and employees.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Capable in coordinating with different departments to reach a common goal.Report generation and creation.Raise concerns of the team to direct superior.Drives cultural diversity in the workplace. Provides training, supervising, and implementing updates and policies to new and existing employees.Delegates tasks and other responsibilities to other employees when appropriate.Performs other job-related duties as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.At least one (1-2) year of work experience in talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer confidently any questions asked by the candidate.Ability to work closely with different departments and various nationalities.Team player.Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools and comfortable in report generation and creation. Must be flexible in performing tasks outside shifts hours. Willing to work in weekends and holidays, if needed, to meet operational needs.
