Provides comprehensive support to HR and Labor Employee Relations by managing unemployment claims, coordinating meeting agendas, and handling daily office operations.This fulltime role ensures HR facilities, supplies, and equipment are maintained, while delivering timely administrative assistance to the HR team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to maintain a clean HR environment and manage storage spaces - perform light cleaning duties (vacuuming, wiping down surfaces) while organizing HR storage closets, executing the full lifecycle disposition of unwanted items, and handling light lifting and moving of boxes as needed.Ability to operate office equipment - proficient in using and troubleshooting common office devices such as printers, copiers, scanners, shredders, and multifunction workstations; capable of loading paper, ink, performing routine maintenance, and escalating technical issues when needed.
