Job Summary: The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The HR Assistant will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR-related tasks. This role is a full remote work setup. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job openings on various platformsSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communicationPrepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding processConduct background checks and verify employment eligibilityAssist in new hire orientationEmployee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronicProcess employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminationsEnsure compliance with data privacy regulationsGenerate HR reports as neededAdministrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondenceSchedule meetings and appointmentsPrepare and distribute HR-related documents and communicationsMaintain office supplies and equipmentAssist with payroll processing and benefits administration as neededEmployee Relations: Assist with employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate informationSupport HR initiatives and programsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionCompliance:

Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulationsAssist in maintaining up to date knowledge of HR best practicesQualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with HRIS systems is a plusSkills:
