Job DescriptionYou will support routine HR processes for selected European countries, handling inquiries in both German and English. This includes:About The CustomerStart: As soon as possibleDuration: 1 year with possible extensionLocation: BernLanguages: German & English (both required)Workload: Full-timeRequirementsResponding to questions on HR procedures (e.g., Workday processes, leave, working time)Entering, reviewing, and completing HR transactions in WorkdayEnsuring accurate data maintenance and approvals for personnel changesDocumenting and processing inquiries through the electronic ticket systemMonitoring data quality in systems (Workday / Employee Cloud / SAP) and initiating corrections when neededPreparing HR documents such as employment contracts, addendums, certificates, and exit documentsCreating standard correspondence in German and EnglishManaging HR files, archiving and maintaining documentationCoordinating appointments (e.g., reintegration / return-to-work cases)Supporting updates of HR forms, presentations, and process documentationContributing to HR reporting (e.g., KPIs, statistics)Participating in local and global HR Operations projectsCompetencesCompleted commercial apprenticeship or business-related education1–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR shared servicesExperience working with Workday and/or SAP is a strong plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee dataService-oriented communication style in both German and EnglishOrganized, structured and comfortable working with processes and systems
