PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the organization, ensuring that people management practices are aligned with the company’s objectives and business priorities. This professional works closely with managers and teams, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, talent development, organizational culture, and change management. They are responsible for identifying people-related needs, anticipating challenges, and proposing solutions that drive efficiency, engagement, and sustainable growth. What WILL YOU BE DOING? Supporting managers in understanding team needs and helping translate business priorities into people actions. Assisting in workforce planning discussions, gathering insights, and preparing recommendations. Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including job briefing, CV screening, interviews, and candidate coordination. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. Providing guidance to managers on day‑to‑day people topics such as onboarding, probation, performance expectations, and team dynamics. Supporting performance management cycles by coordinating timelines, preparing materials, and coaching managers on feedback practices. Monitoring employee engagement signals and escalating risks or improvement opportunities to senior HR partners. Assisting in employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting cases, and supporting resolution processes. Preparing people data reports and dashboards, identifying key trends, and sharing insights with HR leadership. Contributing to learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating programs. Supporting organizational changes by communicating updates, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth implementation. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, escalating complex issues when needed. Building strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a reliable point of contact for HR‑related questions. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in generalist, HR operations, or recruitment functions. Hands‑on experience with HRIS and ATS systems, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability, confidentiality, and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset. High level of proficiency in English. Experience supporting performance management cycles, including timelines, documentation, and manager guidance. Experience handling basic employee relations topics such as onboarding, probation, low‑complexity issues, and policy interpretation. Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency. Background in fast‑paced or growing environments where HRBPs often develop quickly. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU OUTSAND Curiosity about the business and how HR can support team goals.
