Alongside these, the E-INFRA Group has been constantly developing and today has over 1200 employees.Purpose of the roleThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner for operational management, ensuring that human resources policies and processes are aligned with business objectives. The role involves consulting, implementing HR initiatives, and supporting organizational development, providing both advisory and operational support in all HR-related aspects (recruitment, organizational development, retention, performance management, etc.).Location: Bucharest, Romania - on siteMain responsibilities:Collaborates with all employees of the Group and each company within E-INFRA to ensure both that objectives and tasks are achieved and that employees are supported. The interaction is primarily with teams in the Bucharest area / projects carried out in the southern region of the countryAdvises managers on labour relations, legislation and compliance mattersMonitors HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, engagement) and proposes appropriate solutionsParticipates in strategic projects: retention, employer branding, development programmes, together with HR representatives from each functional areaActively participates in workforce planning and in organisational restructuring or transformation projectsSupports the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes across the entire organisationMediates and provides support in conflict management, discipline, labour relations, offering balanced solutions and promoting a positive organisational climateCollaborates with the HR team to ensure process coherence at the company levelPromotes a performance, collaboration and continuous development cultureProactively identifies new methods to improve and optimise HR processes with which the role interacts, as well as actively participating in the implementation of necessary toolsProvides support in onboarding processes for key positionsWorks with managers to identify performance or engagement issues and proposes tailored interventionsPromotes an organisational culture based on open communication, respect and inclusionMaintains constant and collaborative communication with all internal stakeholders (managers, employees, support teams)Provides support in handling administrative and integration formalities for foreign employees, collaborating with those responsible for identifying the most efficient solutions regarding interaction with external institutions (banks, family doctors, local services, authorities), in partnership with HR department colleagues involvedRequirements:University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics)Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role (HRBP, HR Generalist or other functions with similar responsibilities in employee management/relations)Solid knowledge of labour legislationExcellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skillsSolution-oriented mindset and strategic thinkingAdvanced level of MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantageEnglish language – advanced levelExperience in a medium or large organisation (over 500 employees) – preferably in complex or multi-site environmentsKey competencies:Leadership and influenceAnalytical and problem-solving skillsResult-orientedConfidentiality and integrityPowered by JazzHRU6Yw7NRYWj
