Job DescriptionAbout the Team: The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee and SeaMoney by channelling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s and SeaMoney’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.Job DescriptionPartner with Business Teams to coordinate and ensure the delivery of HR initiatives across the regionBridge the gap between Business Teams and the Centre of Excellence functions to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiativesCoordinate HR projects in the following domains: recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic developmentProject-manage the implementation and review of HR Business Partnering initiatives and evaluate the effectivenessTrack and monitor project progress and escalate problems to relevant stakeholders whenever necessaryAny other duties as assigned by the manager RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in e-Commerce / Internet or similar industriesExperience in working for large technology companies and their various people initiatives is a plusDetail-oriented and strong project management skillsStrong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groupsGood communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken EnglishComfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
