Reporting directly to the HR Leader, France & Western Europe, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful HR solutions across two dynamic markets.As HRBP, you will be the primary HR contact for both regions, supporting around 90 employees across two similarly sized offices. You’ll work closely with local leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and local compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement global HR initiatives locally, adapting to market and legal requirementsPartner with leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviewsSupport organisational development, employee engagement, and change management activitiesLead talent development efforts, identify high-potential individuals, and build succession pipelinesChampion diversity and inclusion initiatives, track progress, and propose corrective actions where neededEnsure HR data accuracy and governance, maintaining up-to-date documentationAdvise on employee relations matters with discretion and professionalismContinuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experienceWhat You’ll BringMinimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally across multiple countriesStrong knowledge of Belgian labor law and familiarity with UK employment practicesProven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholdersExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in organisational development, change management, and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus, but not essential)Fluency in English, Dutch, and French A pragmatic, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
