Through guidance and resources, you will collaborate with them to create tailored solutions that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment. Furthermore, you will bring support to all entities in their learning journeys, based on a passion for performance and growth.Key responsibilitiesManage strategic and operational trainings:Manages and acts as the point of contact for our Learning Management System (LMS).Maintains close collaboration with the L&D community in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland.Develops the training catalogue and improves the LMS continuously.Assess training quality and relevance, and proposes improvement plans, driving performance and growth within CFE.Identifies new training partners and suppliers aligned with CFE’s strategy.Manages the training budget and coordinates training sessions when needed.Foster people development:Leads recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Coordinates onboarding activities, including preparation, follow-up, and integration support, to ensure a successful start for new employees.Coordinates biannual performance and talent review campaigns with managers and ensures accurate reporting in the HR system.Conducts career development discussions, promotes internal mobility, and sets up tailored development plans.Manages the offboarding process and identifies improvement opportunities.Drives employee engagement initiatives, including survey analysis, action plans, welcome days and internal events.Ensures HR system data quality and effectiveness, through regular updates, reporting, local feature management, support to managers and submitting tickets to the HRIS team when necessary.Qualifications and skillsYou hold a master's degree.You have 3 to 8 years of experience in HR, including at least one role as HR Business Partner or HR Advisor.You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.You have a solid understanding of HR processes, practices and trends.You are passionate about driving business results while fostering employee engagement.You are digitally minded and have experience with HRIS management or are eager to develop your skills in this area.You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, excellent customer service, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.What’s in it for you?Come as you are: At CFE, we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion.
