This department consists of 5 colleagues, each responsible for a specific area: compensation and benefits, recruitment & onboarding, HR business partnering, well-being at work and the HR Director who the HRBP will directly report to.The HRBP is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of soft HR at Edenred Belgium & Luxembourg, apart from recruitment and onboarding. Therefore, the HR Business Partner maintains close contact with various external stakeholders (such as training suppliers) and internal stakeholders (locally with managers and employees, as well as with the group based in France).More specifically, the HRBP will be responsible for:Be the primary HR support for managers by providing guidance and support to managers in addressing various HR challenges they encounter. Through guidance and resources, collaborate with them to create tailored solutions that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.Manage strategic and operational trainings:Identify new training partners and suppliers that align with Edenred's Belux strategy.Develop the local training catalog.Manage the budget and coordinate formal and informal training sessions when needed.Manage and be the point of contact for Edenred’s learning management system.Assess the quality and relevance of the followed trainings.Foster people development:Performance management: coordinate biannual performance and talent review campaigns in collaboration with the managers and ensure correct reporting in our HR system.Career Development: conduct career discussions with employees, connect them to opportunities for internal mobility and trainings and set up career development plans.Manage the offboarding process and identify areas for improvement.Act as the person of trust, in compliance with the related legislation.Enhance employee engagement by analyzing employee survey feedback (“Edenvoice” and pulse surveys) and implement actions accordingly, organizing our annual Appreciation Day as well as leading a committee focused on events (“Edenfun”).HR System Management (Workday): ensure data quality and effectiveness with regular updates, creating HR data reports, manage new features locally, provide support to managers and submit tickets to the HRIS team when necessary.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOUYou hold a master’s degree.You have between 3 and 8 years experience in HR, with at least one experience as HRBP or HR Advisor, ideally in a similar environment (approx. 200 employees as part of an international group).You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.You have a solid understanding of HR processes, practices and trends.You have a strong interest in driving business results while increasing employee engagement.You are digital-driven and have experience or are eager to learn more about HRIS management.You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and high levels of oral and written communication, results orientation, excellent levels of customer service and the ability to take initiatives and work autonomously.START DATEASAPOTHER INFORMATIONPermanent full-time contract (38 hours/week).Location: Brussels (Auderghem)A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power.The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a homeworking allowance of 115€ net per month.You are covered with hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance (with the option to extend it to your family).You benefit from all Edenred-solutions, such as vouchers but also Edenred Engagement platform (including Edenred Discounts).Your package includes a car or a mobility budget, depending on what you prefer.
