Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.Elmo is looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team!Responsibilities:Lead HR activities in the Operations and Information Systems departments.Manage human capital in both professional and interpersonal aspects, provide guidance to managers, and lead HR projects within the departments under responsibility.Provide support and advice to managers on various topics.Lead and implement organizational development processes in the departments under responsibility.Offer support, assistance, and advice to managers and employees during change processes.Conduct and summarize exit, termination, and disciplinary interviews. Follow up on these matters for further resolution.Oversee the handling of all open positions within the Operations and Information Systems Division in collaboration with hiring managers and the recruitment department.Work closely with the recruitment department to ensure effective responses.Lead performance evaluation and feedback processes within the units under responsibility and manage salary review processes.Assist and collaborate on HR projects across the company, being a partner in the HR team for various activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources/Social SciencesPrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing companyAt least two years of experience as an HR coordinator- requiredKnowledge of labor law- requiredExperience working with HR & recruitment systemsFamiliarity with the Hargal system- an advantageProficient in MS OfficeFamiliarity with the Monday system- an advantageProficiency in Hebrew and English- requiredStrong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, quick learner, organizedAbility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentAbility to work in a team
