Headquartered in Germany, Everllence employs around 15,000 people across more than 140 sites worldwideEverllence has a vacancy for an immediate start in Senegal within the HR division for the position of Human Resources Business PartnerKey ResponsibilitiesDay to day HR responsibilities (contract management, payroll processing, employee queries, etc)A dvertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and shortlisting applicants.Coordinate and conduct interviews and assist with offer letters & contractsParticipate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.Support with amending/updating policies and procedures.recruitment efforts for students and temporary employees.Handling new employee orientations and monitoring the career-pathing program.Coordinate virtual training sessions for employees.Ensure competence and qualifications of the workforce by suggesting training & development initiatives according to business needs.Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as necessary.Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department concerning established goals, and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.Maintain human resource information, records, and compile reports from the data as necessaryRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field4–6 years of Generalist HR experienceStrong understanding of Senegalese labour lawsExperience with payroll administration and HR systemsExcellent communication skills (French & English)Ability to work remotely and manage tasks across different time zonesContact usThat Is Important To UsIntegrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
