Commuting (Warsaw-Węgrów) support provided.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and business oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR Head Poland, the role will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to our growing production company. The role will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnering: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals, challenges, and people-related needs. Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.HR Strategy Alignment: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the overall business strategy and foster a positive employee experience.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Partner with managers on talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent within the production sector. Introducing succession planning process to ensure that we have identified and prepared a bench for key positions.Performance Management: Support the implementation of the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting objectives, delivering feedback, and developing employee performance.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive industrial relations climate.Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's overall reward strategy. Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related queries.Organizational Development: Contribute to organizational design and development initiatives, supporting change management processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making within the business units.Compliance: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with all relevant Polish labor laws and regulations.Projects: Working with Sunday headquarters in Berlin to implement projects locallyQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, in a production company. Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
