You’ll be working in a broad role, being responsible for people advisory, while at the same time improving the HR processes for our global functions.The position is a maternity cover to be occupied as soon as possible and lasting until September/October 2026.Make a difference through impactful people partneringThe role of HR Business Partner for our Global Functions is set in the world to partner with our managers within the global functions, primarily located in Europe. Your role will be both strategic and operational, with a strong focus on execution and impact. You’ll support the business in getting the right people-capabilities in place for delivering on our strategic agenda, while at the same time taking pride in ensuring we have an efficient approach, handling our HR processes. Your main tasks will be to:Facilitate solutions to leadership challenges in a global organisationSupport managers with onboarding, team setup, remuneration and development, based on our global employee experience modelLead operational HR tasks for Global Functions in Denmark, including designing and implementing tools for daily supportEnsure compliance with global policies and local legislation through development and maintenance of HR practicesCollaborate with HR colleagues in local business units to ensure smooth execution outside DenmarkYou’ll report to the VP for People, Purpose & Communication, who is overall responsible for the people strategy as well as executive business partnering related to our strategic development of the company. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Payroll Responsible and with the global People, Purpose & Communication team.Your expertise and energy bring us forwardYou are naturally driven by business impact and have the capability to build strong relationships across HR and the business. You thrive working in a multi-cultural environment and enjoy transforming global policies into local practice that contributes to the success of your stakeholders. You communicate with ease, no matter who’s in front of you, and bring solid expertise within People Advisory/HR Manager/Business Partner roles, preferrable with some HR operations experience.
