Your JobWe are seeking an HR Business Partner who will ensure full HR business compliance and exemplify stewardship in all operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving HR procedures, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and data analysis, while partnering closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams.Our TeamOur team is committed to value creation through strong support, capability building, and operational partnerships, grounded in Principle Based Management and mutual benefit.What You Will DoEnsure all HR internal procedures are successfully achieved and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.Manage talent acquisition requests and partner with Recruiting Solutions from start to finish, guaranteeing successful hiring processes.Oversee onboarding to ensure talent is successfully integrated into our culture and organization.Carry out daily floor responsibilities, advancing PBM culture by partnering with supervisors to develop team capabilities.Implementing a systematic approach to maintaining compliance (employee files and records, mixed commissions, etc.)Ensures proper administration of all HR-related policies, procedures, systems and processes.Monitor HR indicators and conduct data analysis to support business decisions.Foster strong partnerships across capabilities (payroll, compliance, finance, recruiting) to maximize value creation.Responsible for HR administrative tasks, challenging what can be transformed, eliminated, or transferred.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Strong labor relations experience.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communicator, people-oriented, and value-driven.Results-oriented with a learning mindset and cultural intelligence.Experience in HR procedures, hiring, training, and risk assessment.What Will Put You AheadStrategic thinking and business acumen.Understanding of non-transactional HR models.Coaching processes.Achievement of full HR compliance and stewardship standards.Demonstrated process improvements and value creation.Strong HR indicators and data-driven insights.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
