As our HR Business Partner – Nordics, you’ll play a vital role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives during a key period of transition. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving performance, fostering engagement, and ensuring our values are lived across the Nordic region. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing decisions that strengthen our culture, drive growth, and support long-term success.What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders and the global HR team to execute people strategies aligned to business goals. Design, implement, and manage performance improvement processes, including structured plans, toolkits, and documentation for each country. Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance issues through coaching, feedback, and clear action plans. Monitor progress, report outcomes, and make recommendations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all employee relations and performance management actions. Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects, representing the Nordic perspective and sharing best practices. What You Bring A minimum of 4–5 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a global or matrixed environment. Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, or learning and development. Strong coaching, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Deep understanding of employment law and restructuring processes. Proficiency with HR systems, documentation, and process management. Ability to leverage technology, automation, and data to improve HR efficiency. This is a full-time contract for maternity cover and is an on-site position based in our Oslo office.What Sets You Apart Experience working across multiple countries or Nordic regions (including Sweden). Familiarity with global HR systems and multi-country compliance. Change Management or Project Management certification.
