HR Business PartnerLocation: Sydney or Perth Full-Time | Hybrid Work Options AvailableJoin the world’s largest privately owned insurance broker and help shape the future of our people strategy. We’re looking for a confident and strategic HR Business Partner to deliver world-class support to our business leaders and leadership teams. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide expert advice, insight, and practical support to drive commercial success through effective people strategies.What You’ll Be DoingBuild trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, acting as a trusted consultant to the Business leaders.Understand the unique commercial, cultural, and strategic priorities of each business area.Partner with leadership teams to deliver tailored people solutions aligned with business goals.Champion the HR agenda and ensure it supports the broader commercial strategy.Lead the annual people cycle: talent and succession planning, performance calibration, pay reviews, development planning, and employee engagement.Act as a key member of leadership teams, providing strategic HR input and support.Use data and analytics to inform decisions and drive impactful people interventions.Lead and contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects across the business.Drive talent management, succession planning, and capability development.Participate in Lockton-wide projects and initiatives.Support and coach HR team members, contributing to their growth and development.What You’ll BringQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.Relevant HR or Reward qualifications Experience:Proven HR business partnering experience in a global or complex business environment.Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at a strategic level.Exposure or experience in change management, organisational development or Reward centres of excellence (beneficial but not essential).Skills & Attributes:Strong commercial acumen and ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes.Skilled at working across organisational and regional boundaries.Gravitas and confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.Passionate about the impact of effective HR business partnering.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Collaborative and relationship-focused approach.Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.Familiarity with financial services or insurance markets (preferred).Why Lockton?At Lockton, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
