HR Business PartnerDistribution & Supply Chain Amsterdam Salary: Competitive + BenefitsLoom Talent are working exclusively with a leading distribution & supply chain brand, supporting their continued growth across Europe.We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join them just outside of Amsterdam supporting two sites locally, partnering closely with senior leaders and providing sound HR support.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-growth environment - with the opportunity to progress with addition of new site openings later down the line.The RoleAs HR Business Partner you will build relationships with the senior leadership and operations teams, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the distribution network in the Netherlands and wider Europe.Key Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver support in line with HR strategies focussing on high performanceLead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development, with a focus on management coachingManage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and compliance with Dutch labour lawsSupport organisational change and transformation initiatives in line with global HR objectivesAdvise on compensation, benefits and HR policy to maintain consistency and complianceUse people metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in HR programmes and processesPromote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organisationAbout You3-5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within logistics, supply chain or a related operational industryStrong understanding of Dutch labour law and HR best practicesProven track record in performance management, talent development and organisational changeFull professional proficiency in English (Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage)The hunger to progress and potentially grow international with the business.
