HR Business Partner - Logistics & Supply Chain (Netherlands)Location: Rotterdam & The Hague (on-site) Sector: Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Salary: Competitive + BenefitsLoom Talent are working exclusively with a leading global logistics and supply chain brand, supporting their continued growth across Europe.We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team in Rotterdam, partnering closely with senior leaders within the logistics division to shape and deliver people strategy across the Netherlands.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-growth environment - aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture.The RoleAs HR Business Partner you will build relationships with the senior leadership and operations teams, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the distribution network in the Netherlands and wider Europe.Key Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver HR strategies focussing on high performanceLead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership developmentDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within logistics and supply chain operationsManage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and compliance with Dutch labour lawsSupport organisational change and transformation initiatives in line with global HR objectivesAdvise on compensation, benefits and HR policy to maintain consistency and complianceUse people metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in HR programmes and processesPromote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organisationAbout You5+years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain or a related operational industryStrong understanding of Dutch labour law and HR best practicesProven track record in performance management, talent development and organisational changeConfident working in a fast-moving, ever changing, international environmentFull professional proficiency in English (Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage)
