In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all HR topics along the employee life cycle and play a key role in driving the ongoing development of the organization.Job DescriptionHR Business Partnering & AdvisoryAct as the dedicated HR partner for assigned portfolio companies, providing comprehensive support across the entire employee life cycle as well as project-related HR services.Advise and coach managers and employees on HR-related matters, leveraging the expertise of the Lead HRBP and the extended HR team.Build strong, trust-based relationships with management, employees, and HR colleagues.Organizational Development & Post-Merger IntegrationWork closely with hiring managers on staffing needs and workforce planning.Support the harmonization of HR policies and processes in line with the national HR agenda.Contribute to change management and employee engagement initiatives during and after transformation phases.Talent Acquisition & DevelopmentLead recruitment processes together with hiring managers, supported by the HR SSC.Strengthen the employer brand through high-quality recruitment and targeted initiatives.Support onboarding, performance management, competency development, and the creation of talent pipelines for key roles.Employee Relations & Implementation of HR PoliciesServe as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the Lead HRBP.Ensure consistent application of Swiss labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.Support the implementation of digital compliance and training systems.Collaboration with the HR SSC & HR TeamWork closely with the HR SSC on payroll, benefits, HR administration, data, and other services.Provide local insights to help improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives led by the Lead HRBP and/or CHRO.The Successful ApplicantFederal HR Certificate (HR-Fachausweis)Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager, ideally in a multi-entity or decentralized organizational environmentProfessional experience in the healthcare or life sciences sectorSolid knowledge of Swiss labor lawHands-on operational HR expertise combined with strong business partnering experienceExperience in business integration, change management, organizational development, and cultural integrationExcellent German and English skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levelsConfident working in a dynamic and evolving environment; resilient, adaptable, and solution-orientedProactive, pragmatic, solution-driven, and highly team-orientedAble to balance operational execution with support for strategic initiativesEntrepreneurial mindset and passion for organizational development, people development, and sustainable value creationWhat's On OfferAre you an engaged and relationship-oriented personality who approaches challenges with clarity and drive?
