HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Location: Bangkadi, Pathum Thani Reporting Line: HR General ManagerPosition SummaryThe HR Business Partner – Manufacturing will play a strategic role in enabling operational excellence and workforce transformation at Thai Glico’s manufacturing site. This position partners directly with the Plant General Manager and site leadership to drive capability development, embed continuous improvement methodologies, and strengthen employee engagement in a unionized environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Plant GM to implement Operational Excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and establish site-wide standards Lead workforce capability development programs, with a focus on long-tenured employees (10+ years of service), aligned with future operational needs.Support delivery of Cost of Goods, Safety, and Quality targets through strategic HR planning and workforce optimization.Develop and institutionalize proactive employee relations and communication practices to enhance direct engagement and complement union representation.Drive core HR processes including performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, union agreements, and corporate policies.Apply HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.Candidate Requirements Thai candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments.Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.Strong understanding of Thai labor law and experience working with unionized labor.Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Why Join Thai GlicoThai Glico is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and people development.
