Job DescriptionWork with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company's strategies and core valuesSupport BUs by understanding business needs and providing day-to-day HR guidanceBuild a strong business relationship with the BUsDevelop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concernsManage complex and difficult employee-relation issuesEnsure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and followed.Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession planRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldAt least 2 years of HR experience in HR generalist, HRBP, or related rolesRelevant experience in financial industries is a plusStrategic thinking: Quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisionsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindsetProficiency in Google Suite and experience with HR system or tool is a plus Fluent in Thai and good command of English
