As HR Business Partner, Nordics, you will play a key role in supporting Keystones managers and employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and managers, ensuring that Keystone continues to attract, retain, and develop the best people for our mission. This is a broad role, you’ll work both hands-on and strategically, guiding leaders on people-related topics, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, leadership, and performance. Reports to: Head of HR Business Partnering Responsibilities: Partner with MDs and senior managers to achieve business goals through effective people strategies and operational excellence. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters for employees and managers in Sweden and Norway. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, and performance management. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, primarily in Sweden and Norway, while aligning with Group HR frameworks and policies. Drive strategic HR initiatives to support engagement, retention, and development across. Collaborate with our Organisation & Talent team to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience. Support workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning together with business leaders.  Coach and develop managers to build strong leadership capability across the region.Lead or contribute to cross-border HR projects and process improvements that drive scalability and efficiency. Act as a senior point of reference for HR Specialists and HRBPs within the wider team, providing mentorship and sharing best practices. Together with local office representatives, ensure a great working environment across our Scandinavian offices. Who are we looking for? • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally from international or fast-growing organizations. • At least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent consultative HR role. • You have hands-on HR experience from both Sweden and Norway, including practical knowledge of employment law and HR processes. • Strong expertise in Swedish employment law • Good understanding of Norwegian employment law • Experience supporting multiple countries within the Nordics is a strong advantage. • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). • A collaborative team player who enjoys working across cultures and has a genuine passion for people and business impact.What do we offer?Flexible working and regular company events throughout the yearAn international work environment with colleagues from different nationalities A friendly and inclusive international work environment with plenty of space for initiatives and original ideasTo be part of a successful, talented and fast growing team who cares deeply for our users and clientsExciting new projects in a great industry that promotes social goodRegular team activities and fun eventsAbout Keystone Education GroupAs a member of the Keystone community, you will be working with an international group from all over the world. Our workplace culture is characterised by people who are passionate about what they do, people who are high achievers who strive to perform in a professional manner. At Keystone we expand each individual's capability to give everyone a chance of being the best that they can be.
