In your future role as HR Business Partner you will; Be a full member of the leadership team of the business you support and work closely together with leaders and other support functions. Coach and collaborate with business leaders and managers to resolve business challenges. Manage the local labor relations and create stable and collaborative relations with the local unions. Guide leaders at all levels on people matters such as total rewards, labor relations and employment law, strategic workforce planning and organizational strategies, people capabilities, talent retention and talent acquisition. Execute hands-on operational tasks and make sure to independently drive and implement decisions using available resources. Deliver on HR policies, processes and practices focusing on continuous improvement and improved execution. Perform global HR tasks which require local support. Implement and deliver tasks and objectives based on local needs and in line with our various processes and policies. Manage and lead defined projects to drive continuous improvement relating to our People strategy. The position is based at our Site in Stenungsund and reports to HR Director, Europe and ISC Nordics. You will be part of a Nordic HR team consisting of around 25 committed, engaged and collaborative colleagues with high standards who believe in team spirit and caring for each other. We believe you bring A minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant human resources field Extensive HR generalist experience, including great experience working with labor relations and collective agreements. HR experience from a manufacturing/blue collar environment. Experience operating as business partner for a dynamic, global organization. Ability to speak and write both Swedish and English (Nouryon’ s corporate language) fluently.
