About the role:As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Swegon Group, you will be part of the Group-level HR function. Your main goal will be to support Swegon in growing its business and developing the organisation and its people. In this role, you will be responsible for both operational tasks—such as recruitment, manager support, organisational development, and employee-related matters and strategic work in close collaboration with the Business Area Heads. You will also plan, develop, and take part in the implementation of group-wide HR processes.The HRBP role at Swegon Group is varied, and we focus on the topics most relevant to supporting and developing Swegon’s business. There is a strong emphasis on recruitment, leadership and talent development, all with sustainability in mind. We are therefore looking for a colleague with broad experience across the HR field. As an HRBP, you are empowered to drive and develop initiatives within your area of responsibility.Your profile:To succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive and have high personal integrity. You are solution-oriented and communicative, with the ability to move seamlessly between operational tasks and longer-term strategic work.
