Job descriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWith the team, maintain a compliance rate of 95% for all projects.Managing training records for relevant projects/sites.Utilize systems to identify and rectify any shortfalls in training compliance.Accurate and timely data entry of training records and distribution of training records and matrices to key stakeholders.End-to-end process of training recordsInbox management.Coordinate periodic medicals, DAS and Isocyanates test.With the team, maintain Visa Holder requirements (VEVO Check) 100%.Coordinate training bookings.Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skills or experience.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course.Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Excellent oral & written communication skills.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the human resources and/or admin field.
