Job Description

Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Compliance Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all employee files, licenses, and certifications meet regulatory standards and agency policies.Responsibilities:Conduct regular audits of clinical staff files to ensure full compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, and company requirementsVerify and track all medical and credentialing documents for nurses, including physicals, PPDs, titers, immunizations, RN/LPN licenses, CPR certifications, Malpractice ins, and background checksMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance databases and personnel recordsFollow up with staff to obtain missing, expired, or updated documentationCollaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Nursing departments to ensure that only compliant staff are cleared for workMonitor expiration dates and send renewal reminders for medical and licensure documentationGenerate and distribute compliance reports as requiredSupport the HR Compliance Manager with any additional projects or tasks as assignedRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 AdvancedExperience in compliance auditingSolid understanding of medical and credentialing requirements for nurses and caregiversExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with HHA exchange software is a plusHoursMonday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.BenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsWeekends offHiring BonusPerformance BonusGrowth OpportunitiesEarn bonuses for getting your friends hiredNational holidays pay double the hourly rate
