Drive HR solutions, support global teams, and contribute to impactful projects in a company that connects the world.TasksYour main tasks include, among others:Advise on strategic direction and organizational structure; decide and implement HR measures as authorized representativeSupport managers on labor law, leadership responsibilities, and HR policy complianceManage co-determination processes and cooperation with employee representativesNegotiate contracts related to hiring, changes, and departures; advise on compensation and staff developmentLead initial recruitment consulting, staffing, onboarding, and coordinate related interfacesAdvise on tactical and long-term personnel planning considering strategy, diversity, and successionSupport managers in employee career and development planning and follow-upAct as sparring partner in transformation projects, advising and overseeing change implementationHandle difficult discussions, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with departments and employeesSupport talent management programs and serve as key contact for talent initiativesRequirementsThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business AdministrationWith a Master’s degree: 2–3 years of relevant HR experienceWith a Bachelor’s degree: 4–6 years of relevant HR experienceIdeally, have a basic understanding of Austrian labour law and ability to handle companies with different CBAsExcellent verbal and written English and German communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and cost-consciousnessAble to work well under pressure and adapt to changeSkilled in conflict resolution and supporting organizational transformationStrong customer focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsibilityIndependent, proactive, with good judgment and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and intercultural sensitivityMust have work permit for the assignment countryWillingness to travelWe kindly request that all applicants submit a CV/Resume and Cover Letter with their application for this position.
