We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.Your tasks and responsibilities:Prepare monthly (and ad-hoc) FTE and Headcount reportsPrepare FTE pipeline reporting on future activitiesSupport preparation of monthly Staffing board presentationMaintain standard reports in WorkdaySupport yearly Budget and mid-term planning process and monthly Forecast process with regard to headcount planning and corresponding personnel expensesRegular tasks related to HR departmentAct as business partner for HRSupport HR to ensure complete and accurate data in Workday via gap and reconciliation reportsMaintain and enhance Controlling related processes and IT landscape Implement new analyses regarding personnel expenses and FTEPrepare Forecast, Budget and other planning modelsSupport the implementation/maintenance of PowerBISupport innovation, automation and digitalization in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approachOther regular and ad-hoc financial controlling tasks as deemed necessaryYour skills and experience:Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subjectExperience in Microsoft Office, (esp.
