The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.Scope of the roleYou will be part of a small and dynamic team within the larger HR department. The HR Controlling & Compensation team plays a crucial role in designing the compensation schemes, budgeting, monitoring and reporting KPIs that support the executive management team in decision making.Your scope will be within the area of HR controlling and reporting. With your strong quantitative and analytical skills, you will help different internal stakeholders to generate valuable insights and reports pertaining to people functions within the Capri Sun Group.This role will report to the Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits based in the group headquarters in Baar, Switzerland.Your ResponsibilitiesHR Metrics & Insights Develop and maintain key HR metrics to monitor workforce trends, productivity, and complianceUse data analytics to support HR strategy and operational decision-makingTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholdersCost & FTE Planning and Monitoring Track and report on headcount, employment costs, and HR cost variancesConduct monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) for FTE, personnel and non-personnel costs across the organizationIdentify trends and discrepancies and share findings with relevant teamsDrive the Forecast and Annual Planning process from HR side by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping non-technical colleagues understand key financial conceptsReporting & Audit Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial updates to HR and business leadersCollaborate with HR Leadership team and Finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reportingAssist with month-end processes, including HR-related accounting adjustments and accrualsProvide HR related data and documentation to support external auditsConduct periodic internal audits and prepare reports for relevant stakeholdersProject & Operational Support Support HR and cross-functional projects based on ongoing business needsAssist in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, data quality, and reporting efficiencyYour ProfileBachelor’s degree or equivalent and a good understanding of the HR functions within an international companyProven working experience of min. 3 years in HR Controlling in an international environmentProven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and project management.Strong quantitative and analytical skillsProven experience in understanding and applying financial conceptsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) - must haveExperience in handling HR data and reporting KPIsEntrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitudeGood communication skills and ability to present your ideas in a coherent mannerAbility to work with stakeholders at all levelsFluency in EnglishWhat You Can ExpectBroad variety of tasks and freedom to actPlenty of opportunities to challenge and drive things forwardParticipate in global training and development programmesStructured and tracked performance reviews twice a yearEnjoying taking off together with motivated and professional colleaguesThe chance to shape a loved brand that makes people smile all around the worldAn established and growing company with a strong reputationParticipate in local benefits programme like - company sponsored multisport card, health insurance, life insurance etcA short and fast recruitment process with maximum three interview rounds
