Job Description

Position Purpose The HR Controlling Specialist is a pivotal link within the HR team, connecting HR, Finance, and IT areas. Primary mission of this role is to ensure the integrity of HR data, provide reliable reporting, and guarantee the smooth execution of core processes such as annual compensation and bonus cycles, headcount planning, and benefits administration.This role combines analytical, controlling, system administration, and administrative responsibilities. It offers an opportunity to influence the quality of HR data, optimize process efficiency, and directly support the strategic decision-making of the company's senior management across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:HRIS Data & Process ManagementAdminister and Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date data related to employees, positions, legal entities, and compensation schemes.Oversee the global employee onboarding and offboarding processes and support local data input procedures in Slovakia.Manage updates to organizational structures, position changes, compensation modifications, and parental leave movements.Identify and implement HR system improvements, including new attributes, functionalities, and process enhancements.Administer data within the compensation application, securing data integrity essential for reporting and payroll processes.Compensation Cycle SupportProvide comprehensive support throughout the annual salary review and variable bonus calculation processes for all group countries.Prepare calculation and reporting files necessary for salary increase and variable compensation processes.Collect, consolidate, and evaluate inputs from HR teams and managers, generating summaries and statistics for senior management.Prepare and generate bonus and compensation letters using mail merge techniqueds.Process data for mass uploads into the HRIS system upon cycle completion.Job Grading & BenchmarkingMaintain and develop the job grading structure within the HRIS.Analyze and evaluate market data, primarily using Korn Ferry benchmarks.Provide reporting support to the HR team during salary structure revisions.Reporting & HR AnalyticsManage and develop HR Power BI dashboards (headcount, compensation, attrition, management reporting) in collaboration with the IT department.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (headcount, costs, personnel budget, demographics, IFRS reporting).Support annual audits (e.g., KPMG) by providing verified data and analyses.Deliver inputs for financial controlling (monthly payroll data, data warehouse submissions, IFRS management compensation).Create ad-hoc statistical reports (age, gender, tenure, turnover, employee categorization).Benefits AdministrationManage group-wide benefits (Group Life Insurance, Cafeteria, MultiSport).Handle monthly employee registration/deregistration in Slovakia and manage communication with benefit providers (Allianz, Edenred, MultiSport).Prepare reports for the payroll department and documentation for refacturation.Annual calculation of points in the Cafeteria and evidence of interface adjustments with suppliersProcess Improvement & CollaborationParticipate in HR projects focused on process streamlining and automation.Collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.Proactively propose improvements to data quality, reporting functionality, and user experience.Candidate ProfileMin. 3–5 years of proven experience in HR Controlling, HRIS administration, or Data Analytics. Short-term experience in Financial Controlling is a distinct advantage.University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or HR.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, mail merge).Experience with Power BI, HRIS, or SharePoint as advantage.Highly analytical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong sense of responsibility.Discretion when handling sensitive data.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, and IT functions.Flexibility, fast learner, and a genuine drive for process improvement.Experience in an international business environment is welcomed.Systems and Tools UsedMS Excel: Advanced analysis, reporting, and statistics – A mandatory requirement.Power BI: Creation of HR dashboards and data visualization – User-level required, active creation is an advantage.HRIS system (MS SharePoint + MS Power Apps): User-level knowledge required.MS Teams / OutlookWhat We Offer (Perks & Benefits)Competitive salary based on experience, comprehensive Life and Accident insurance.Opportunity to develop expertise in HR Analytics, systems, and controlling within a supportive team.Fully paid license for selected AI tools to enhance your daily work.Work in an international, flexible, and informal work setting.Comprehensive and flexible benefits package, including on-site parking.Salary starts from 2000€ gross / month.
