You will be responsible for HR accounting documentation in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data and the smooth running of processes.You will be part of a local, agile HR team and work closely with other functions, such as the finance department. You will also be part of a Nordic HR and Shared Services network, where expertise is shared and common operating models are developed.What you bring to the table:A university degree (Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, or other relevant education).Several years of experience in HR, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of payroll matters; experience with collective agreements is considered an advantage.
